- 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM | Arrival, Rest, and Recharge
  - Arrive at the venue, settle into rooms, and take some time to rest after the journey. This time allows everyone to relax, freshen up, and prepare for the activities.
- 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM | High Tea
  - Gather in the common area or garden for a relaxed high tea. Enjoy snacks, tea, coffee, and fresh juices while mingling with team members. A nice setting with scenic views would be ideal to set a relaxed tone for the day.
- 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM | Team Activities
  - Tea Estate Exploration: For a serene experience, take a guided walk through the nearby tea estate. Learn about tea cultivation, pick some fresh leaves, and enjoy the aroma and atmosphere of the estate.
  - Net Cricket: For those interested in sports, organize a casual net cricket game. Divide into teams, encourage light competition, and enjoy an hour or so of fun and laughter.
  - Croquet or Rope Course: If available, set up a croquet course for some classic lawn game fun or opt for a rope course challenge for team bonding and excitement.
- 9:00 PM onwards | Dinner

- 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM | Breakfast
  - Start the day with a hearty breakfast that includes a mix of fresh fruits, juices, eggs, cereals, and regional specialities to fuel everyone for the morning work session.
- 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM | Work Session
  - A focused work session in a conference or meeting room equipped with necessary materials (projector, whiteboard, etc.). Plan for collaborative discussions, brainstorming, and team strategy planning.
- 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM | Lunch
  - Break for lunch, featuring a variety of dishes to cater to diverse tastes. Offer vegetarian and non-vegetarian options along with salads and desserts.
- 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM | High Tea
  - Regroup for a brief high tea before the evening activities. Refreshments will be available along with some light snacks to recharge everyone.
- 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM | Trekking (Team Activity)
  - Head out for a short trek as a team activity. This light to moderate trek through nearby trails provides fresh air, exercise, and beautiful views, fostering a spirit of teamwork and adventure.
- 8:30 PM onwards | Dinner, Drinks & Bonfire
  - Conclude the day with an outdoor dinner and bonfire under the stars. Arrange for drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) alongside a delicious dinner spread. Enjoy music and relax around the bonfire, sharing stories and laughs to wrap up the day.

  - A final breakfast together, offering a range of options to ensure everyone is well-fueled for the journey back.
- 10:30 AM – 2:00 PM | Check-out & Travel to Airport
  - Time to check out of the venue, pack up, and travel to the airport or departure point. This window allows flexibility for last-minute farewells and coordination of transport arrangements.
