    01

    Mumbai to Delhi/Ambala

    You’ll be boarding the Golden Temple train (12903) from Bandra terminus at 18:30. It will make stops at Surat at 21:57 and Vadodara at 23:20 Only for someone has opted for train tickets from Mumbai, Surat, and Vadodara.

    02

    Arrival in Delhi/Ambala & Drive to Manali

    • The group will assemble at Ambala by 07:00 PM (tentative).
    • Travelers arriving by flight are requested to reach Chandigarh by 08:00 PM.
    • We will meet the team captains, followed by a short tour briefing session.
    • After the briefing, we will begin our overnight journey to Manali.

    Note: The pickup point will be Kashmere Gate

    03

    Manali Arrival | Local Sightseeing

    • Today, we will proceed for a local sightseeing tour of Manali.
    • The tour includes a visit to the Hadimba Temple, an ancient cave temple believed to be around 500 years old.
    • We will also explore Manali Mall Road and enjoy café hopping in Old Manali.
    • Dinner will be served in the evening, followed by an overnight stay in Manali.

    Note:
    • Standard check-in time is 01:00 PM.
    • Fixed pick-up and drop-off timings will be arranged between the hotel and Mall Road, allowing guests to explore the temple and nearby attractions at their convenience.

    04

    Manali to Solang Valley ( 13 Kilometers, 1 hour) | Solang Valley Excursion

    • After an early morning breakfast, we will proceed towards Solang Valley, a paradise for adventure lovers.
    • Upon arrival, travelers can enjoy exciting activities such as Zipline and Rocket Bungee (included).
    • Guests may also participate in additional adventure activities like Zorbing, Skiing, ATV rides, and more at their own expense.
    • We will then drive through the iconic Atal Tunnel and visit Sissu, a stunning valley nestled in the Lahaul region.
    • After a day filled with adventure and exploration, we will return to Manali.
    • Dinner will be served in the evening, followed by an overnight stay in Manali.

    Note:
    • The visit to Atal Tunnel / Sissu is subject to time and weather conditions.
    • If any of the included activities (Zipline / Rocket Bungee) are unavailable, guests will be compensated with two alternate activities.

    05

    Manali to Kasol (75 Kilometers, 2 Hours) | Kasol Sightseeing

    • After an early morning breakfast, we will check out of the hotel and proceed towards Kasol, a charming hamlet in the Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh, known for its pristine river streams and lush green forests.
    • Upon arrival in Kasol, we will check in to our designated hotel.
    • In the evening, we will visit the sacred Manikaran Temple and Manikaran Gurudwara.
    • We will also explore the famous Hot Water Springs of Manikaran, which hold deep religious significance for the locals.
    • Later, guests can enjoy café hopping and explore the local market.
    • Dinner will be served in the evening, followed by an overnight stay in Kasol.

    Highlights of the Day: Manikaran Temple, Manikaran Gurudwara, Hot Water Springs

    06

    Kasol to Jibhi (83 Kilometers, 3 Hours) | Jibhi sightseeing

    • After breakfast, we will check out of the hotel and proceed for a hike to Chalal, a quaint village offering stunning views of the Parvati Valley.
    • Later, we will head towards Jibhi, a picturesque hamlet nestled amidst lush green forests in the Tirthan Valley of Himachal Pradesh.
    • En route, we will visit Jhiri, a beautiful village near Kasol, followed by an exciting River Rafting session.
    • After the thrilling experience, we will continue our journey to Jibhi.
    • Upon arrival in the evening, we will check in to the hotel and proceed for local sightseeing.
    • The sightseeing tour includes a visit to the scenic Jibhi Waterfall, exploration of the local market, and café hopping.
    • Dinner will be served in the evening, followed by an overnight stay in Jibhi.

    07

    Drive To Jalori Pass and Trek to Serolsar Lake (9 Kilometers, 5 Hours)

    • After an early morning breakfast, we will check out of the hotel and proceed towards Jalori Pass.
    • Jalori Pass offers a breathtaking 360° viewpoint, providing stunning panoramic views of the valley and the majestic Pir Panjal ranges of the Himalayas.
    • After exploring Jalori Pass, we will begin a trek to the pristine Serolsar Lake, a beautiful high-altitude lake surrounded by dense alpine forests.
    • Near the lake, we will visit a sacred temple of local significance, where guests may offer their respects.
    • Following the trek, we will descend and continue our journey towards Aut.
    • From Aut, we will board an overnight bus to Delhi.

    • Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM.

    Highlights of the Day: Jalori Pass, Serolsar Lake

    08

    Delhi/Ambala to Mumbai

    We’ll arrive in Chandigarh at around 09:00 AM, and in Ambala early in the morning at 10:00 AM. The group will part ways with cherished memories. We’ll catch the Paschim Express (12926) from Ambala at 13:00. We’ll arrive at Mumbai Central the next day at 14:55.

    End of Kasol, Manali & Jibhi Trip.

  • The pictures provided here are just for reference purposes. Either this or a similar category of stays will be provided during the tour, depending upon availability.
  • HikerWolf reserves the rights to cancel the trip if the minimum batch size does not suffice. 
  • While you have selected multiple sharing rooms, please note that our priority at Hikerwolf is to accommodate you with individuals of the same gender. In the event that the male-female ratio doesn’t align, room assignments will be made accordingly.
  • Trip Leaders will only accompany you if there are people more than the minimum batch size otherwise, the trip will be handled virtually.
  • HikerWolf offers the flexibility to adjust room arrangements based on availability,ensuring a comfortable and accommodating experience for your trip, whether it’s dual or triple occupancy . 
  • Due to the high altitude, remote location, and low temperatures, only common washrooms will be available at this campsite, along with one bucket of hot water per person. Travelers are requested to be prepared accordingly. (Applicable only during extreme winter months.)
  • Any additional costs incurred for the 4x4 vehicle. In case normal vehicles cannot operate due to fresh snow or because of road closure due to snow residue, guests will have to directly pay for a 4WD vehicle on-site. Negotiations on the price can be discussed with the 4WD vehicle owner by the guest
  • Any expenses arising due to natural calamities such as landslides, roadblocks, etc. (to be borne directly by the customer on the spot). 

IRCTC Rules

  • HikerWolf provides its train tickets through the IRCTC app.
  • The tickets confirmation depends on the number of days left until the trip.
  • While it’s important to understand that there is no 100% confirmation guarantee for waitlisted and RAC tickets on every occasion, please be aware that HikerWolf does not have control over the confirmation process for tickets.
  • It’s important to acknowledge that there’s always a possibility of receiving an RAC (half seat) or a waitlisted ticket instead of a confirmed seat. Please note that HikerWolf is not accountable for unconfirmed tickets, as IRCTC is a government entity over which we have no control.
  • If the train is canceled or its route is changed for any reason, HikerWolf will not assume responsibility, and alternative solutions will be offered at an additional cost.
  • To enhance your chances of securing a full seat on the train, it’s highly advisable to book your trip well in advance, preferably at least 20 days prior to your travel date.
  • HikerWolf cannot be held responsible for changes in your travel plans, and therefore, if you choose not to take the same train we originally booked for your return journey, there will be no refundschange for ticket dates or prices.

How big will the group be?

We prefer to have a group of 15-18 people as we intend to have more fun and give personal care. We need at least 6 people to manage our trip

Who will accompany us on the trip?

All our trips are led by professional travel coordinators who have good experience in management groups.

If I’m the only girl in the group, is it safe to travel?

We generally have many girls joining us on the trip so there are high chances that you are not the only girl on the trip. 

Safety is of prime importance and we understand them very well. The major of our staff is a girl for that very reason so be assured you are in safe and reliable hands.

What type of ground transportation will be used during the trip?

We rent taxis such as Innova, Tempo Traveler, Bolero, Tata Sumo, etc.  from our suppliers.

What will be the type of accommodation?

We are known to provide the best possible accommodation on our trips, the accommodation can be in a hotel / alpine tent/dome tent/living room at home.

How many trippers will be in a room?

It totally depends on the dynamics of the group.  If there is a couple, we can give them a separate room, or if there is an odd number of people, then there would be a triple exchange. (If you’ll are couple inform us once you have booked)

What kind of food is served during the Trip?

We provide nutritious and healthy food on the trip.  We always try to select best/famous restaurants for the food on our trips
