Short Itinerary
Day 1 - Let the Journey Begin
We start our spiritual adventure on Thursday night by boarding the Saurashtra Mail (22945) from Mumbai Central (MMCT) at 9:00 PM. Settle in, make new friends, and enjoy the overnight ride as we head toward the holy city of Dwarka.
Day 2- Dwarka: The Kingdom of Krishna
After a long but exciting journey, we reach Dwarka around 1:45 PM. We’ll check into our hotel, freshen up, and then step out to visit the magnificent Dwarkadhish Temple—a key part of the Char Dham pilgrimage.
Later, we’ll take a short local trip to the Rukmini Devi Temple, soaking in its divine charm and peaceful vibes. The evening is all about calm prayers, temple bells, and a beautiful sunset.
Day 3- Nageshwar Darshan & Drive to Somnath
We rise early and make our way to the Nageshwar Jyotirlinga, one of the 12 sacred Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. After darshan and blessings, we’ll explore some local spots and indulge in a delicious Kathiyawadi thali for lunch.
In the afternoon, we head towards Somnath, watching the scenery change from temples to coastlines. By 8:00 PM, we check into our hotel in Somnath and relax after a fulfilling day.
Day 4- Somnath & Farewell
This day begins with the sacred morning darshan at Somnath Temple, set beautifully along the Arabian Sea. It’s a spiritual experience like no other.
We’ll have time to stroll through the local market, grab some snacks or souvenirs, and then check out from the hotel.
At 11:30 AM, we catch the Saurashtra Janta Express (19218) from Veraval Station for our return journey to Mumbai.
Day 5 - Back to the Bay
We arrive back in Mumbai by 6:00 AM, feeling refreshed, blessed, and full of stories and memories from our Gujarat spiritual trail.
