Trip Highlights

Kedarnath Temple Trek
Kedarnath is one of the most revered pilgrimage sites in India and part of the Char Dham Yatra. Situated at an altitude of 3,583 meters, reaching the temple involves a scenic 19 km trek from Gaurikund. The path offers stunning views of the Garhwal Himalayas and is both a spiritual and adventurous experience. The temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, is open only for a few months each year due to extreme weather conditions.

Chopta – The Mini Switzerland of India
Chopta is a small, picturesque hamlet in Uttarakhand, often called the "Mini Switzerland of India" for its lush meadows and dense forests. It serves as the base point for the Tungnath and Chandrashila treks. Its serene environment, cool breeze, and snow-clad peaks make it a favorite among nature lovers, trekkers, and photographers.

Tungnath Temple and Chandrashila Peak
Tungnath is the highest Shiva temple in the world, located at an altitude of around 3,680 meters. It's a short but steep trek from Chopta and is a part of the Panch Kedar pilgrimage circuit. Just a little further ahead lies Chandrashila Peak, offering a 360-degree view of majestic Himalayan peaks like Nanda Devi, Trishul, and Chaukhamba. It is one of the most accessible yet rewarding summit hikes in Uttarakhand.

Haridwar and Rishikesh Exploration
These twin towns on the banks of the Ganges offer a deep cultural and spiritual experience. In Haridwar, one can witness the famous Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri—a soul-stirring ritual involving lamps, chants, and floating diyas. Rishikesh, known as the Yoga Capital of the World, is also a hub for adventure sports like white-water rafting, bungee jumping, and ziplining, blending peace and thrill in a unique way.
