Short Itinerary

The group will gather at Ambala by 07:00 PM (tentative). If you are coming via flight, reach Chandigarh by 08:00 PM. You’ll meet the Tour Managers, and a brief orientation will be held. Following that, we’ll begin our overnight journey to Narkanda.

After a freshen-up stop in Shimla, we reach Narkanda by noon and check in. Later, we visit Tanni Juber Lake and stroll through a serene Apple Orchard Farm.

We drive towards Kalpa with scenic halts at Reckong Peo and, if time permits, Kamru Fort. In Kalpa, we explore the ancient monastery and the dramatic Suicide Point before settling in.

The drive to Nako includes a stop at Khab, where Sutlej meets Spiti. In Nako, we explore the calm lake and the revered monastery before resting for the night.

En route to Kaza, we visit the ancient Tabo Monastery and the historic Dhankar Monastery and Fort. Upon reaching Kaza, the evening is free to relax and explore the peaceful town.

We visit Key Monastery, the iconic Chicham Bridge, and head to Hikkim, home to the world’s highest post office. The day continues with visits to Komic and Langza before returning to Kaza.

We begin our journey back to Kalpa, with a possible stop at the stunning Lingti Falls. By evening, we reach Kalpa for dinner and rest.

On our return, we halt at the famous Rock Tunnel for photos and spend time exploring Shimla. Later, we continue the journey back towards Delhi/Ambala.

We’ll arrive in Chandigarh at around 09:00 AM, and in Ambala early in the morning at 10:00 AM. The group will part ways with cherished memories.

Key Monastery

Giu Monastery, hidden in a remote Spiti Valley village, is famous for housing the astonishing 500-year-old naturally preserved mummy of a Buddhist monk. Surrounded by silence and rugged mountains, the monastery offers a peaceful, almost mystical atmosphere. Its serene setting, ancient mystery, and spiritual aura make it one of Spiti’s most unique and unforgettable places to visit.

Langza

Langza Village is a beautiful destination, most famous for visiting the gigantic Buddha statue which guards the little hamlet of Langza. It is believed to be 1000 years old and is situated in the most majestic valley in India, the Spiti valley
