Admin Assistant Job
- Coordinating with the sales team on collating bookings for all trips.
- Cross-referencing the bookings collated by the accounts team.
- Keeping a track of all the bookings accurately in case of refunds and cancellations.
- Preparation of registration & feedback for all trips.
- Maintenance of client contacts on an ongoing basis in the official HikerWolf account.
- Engaging and providing updates of various trips to the clients on particular trip groups.
- Coordinate with trip leaders and make sure expense are accounted for individual trips. Submission of these expenses to the accounts team after cross-referencing with senior management.
- Conducting all admin tasks pertaining to individual trips once the final list of client bookings is provided by the accounts team.
- Conducting hiring process for various positions.
- Regular coordination with sales accounts team and trip leaders.
- Good communication skills.
- Multi-tasking should be able to handle multiple tasks at a time.
- Attention to detail in reviewing the various tasks.
- Good with basic excel skills and shortcuts.
- Proactive and quick in taking responsibility.
- Bring in ideas on how to automate or complete tasks easily.
- Basic accounting knowledge (would be an add on)
