Operations & Sales Executive

Job Description

  • Making quotations, travel itineraries, tour packages, costing to the customers
  • Arranging Hotel Booking, Flight Booking, and other transport bookings as per the Travel itineraries in a very effective and systematic manner to optimize time slots and priority.
  • Communicating with suppliers & service providers
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on all confirmed services
  • Keeping track of documentation, and payments.
  • Liaising with the trip leader, checking their availability, and placing them on the trips as per their experience & potential
  • Liaising with sales staff and partners regarding the status of reservations
  • Ensuring that all requests are processed within a specified schedule
  • Negotiating rates and researching suitable travel products
  • Liaising with the data and sales teams to resolve rate or service issues and handling account queries
  • Maintaining good relationships with partners and ensuring suppliers provide services in line with company ​guidelines
  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and retention of trip leader and other operations staff as well as payroll matters and staff training
  • Managing calls from clients in travel and responding to any questions or concerns effectively
  • Overseeing client itineraries and documents and ensuring prompt delivery
  • Answering Calls both Inbound and Outbound
  • Follow up with clients by phone/email about their queries.
  • Follow-up with customers for feedback  about their experience of the tour and service 
  • Meet the set target
  • Assisting with special projects and other duties as assigned by Management

Qualified applicants should have:

  • Exceptional listening, written and verbal communication skills in English are required
  • Ability to communicate in additional languages (English, Hindi & Marathi) preferred
  • Impeccable attention to detail is required
  • Must be team-oriented, extremely motivated, and able to work independently
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent command of MS office suite and strong computer skills
  • 2+ years of experience in a related position

Experience: 2-3 Years

Pay:  2,40,000 – 3,00,000 PA. + incentives

Essential: Graduate

Pay: ₹60,000 – ₹ 1,80,000 P.A. + incentives

Essential: Graduate / 12th Pass
