- Once we receive your customization request at Hikerwolf, our dedicated team springs into action. We invest time and effort to secure commitments from trusted vendors, ranging from hotels and resorts to travel vehicle providers and third-party organizations. This ensures we present you with the best options that seamlessly align with your needs and budget.
- As your tour is entirely personalized based on your budget and preferences, the total cost hinges on the details you provide in your customization request. After crafting a tailored tour plan to match your requirements, we’ll send you a draft for your reference. Should you be ready to proceed or wish to make adjustments, an initial payment of 50 percent of the estimated budget is required.
- Upon receipt of your payment, we proceed to confirm the arrangements outlined in the tour plan. The remaining balance must be settled 20 days before the event date and time. It’s important to note that hotel and other charges fluctuate daily, so the final cost is contingent on the rates in effect when you make the initial payment and authorize us to proceed with the booking on your behalf.
- Moreover, we offer assistance in booking train, flight, or bus tickets on your behalf, with rules and terms dictated by the respective vendors such as airlines, railways, and bus operators.
