Itinerary
Begin your journey by boarding Golden Temple 12903 from Bandra Terminus at 11:00 AM.
Settle into the train and enjoy the long scenic journey as you travel across multiple states of India towards Jammu & Kashmir. Use this time to relax, interact with fellow travelers, enjoy onboard meals, and build excitement for the adventure ahead.

Arrive at Amritsar around 11.45 PM. After arrival, begin your overnight road journey towards Srinagar, which takes approximately 8 – 9 hours.
Upon reaching Srinagar on Sunday morning around 10am, check in to your hotel/houseboat and rest after the long journey.

Begin your journey with a visit to the sacred Shankaracharya Temple, perched on Shankaracharya Hill offering panoramic views of the entire valley.
Spend time at the elegant Mughal Gardens – Shalimar Bagh and Nishat Bagh, where Persian-style fountains, lush lawns, and blooming flowers showcase the grandeur of Mughal landscaping.
In the evening, enjoy a peaceful Shikara ride on Dal Lake, gliding past floating gardens, houseboats, Nehru Park, and the lively floating market (time permitting).

After breakfast, embark on a full-day excursion to Sonmarg, famously called the Meadow of Gold, offering breathtaking views of glaciers and alpine landscapes.

After a hearty breakfast, we will be beginning your scenic drive to Pahalgam, the Valley of Shepherds.
On the way, stop at the Pampore Saffron Fields, where the world’s finest saffron is cultivated, and learn about this golden spice. Continue towards the Avantipura Ruins, ancient remnants of temples built by King Avantivarman that reflect the region’s history.
By evening, arrive in Pahalgam, surrounded by pine forests and gushing rivers, and enjoy a relaxed walk through the local market, experiencing Kashmiri handicrafts and street-side delicacies.

After breakfast, capture memories at the beautiful Apple Valley, the mesmerizing Betaab Valley, head out to visit Chandanwari, the starting point of the Amarnath Yatra, and, a film-shoot favorite surrounded by lush meadows, snow-capped mountains, and crystal-clear streams.
• On your way back to Srinagar, stop for photos at the iconic “I Pahalgam” viewpoint, , and witness artisans at work in a traditional Kashmir Bat Factory, where wooden cricket bats are crafted.
Overnight road journey From Pahalgam to Amritsar
Arrival in Amritsar at 12:00 PM. Check in to the hotel and relax.
Later, visit Wagah Border to witness the famous Beating Retreat Ceremony, a patriotic display by Indian and Pakistani soldiers. (Approx. 4–5 hrs including travel).
On the way back, visit the historic Jallianwala Bagh, the memorial of the Jallianwala Bagh massacre.

Early morning visit to the sacred Golden Temple (Sri Harmandir Sahib), the holiest shrine of Sikhism. Experience the peaceful surroundings and the famous Langar service.

- In some of the towns in Kashmir (for example Sonmarg and Gulmarg), they don’t allow vehicles from outside that town to visit sightseeing points during Snow time. One needs to either local cars that time. The cost for that will be divided among all the travelers on the spot, wherever necessary. Everywhere else, we will have our own transportation.

We prefer to have a group of 15-18 people as we intend to have more fun and give personal care. We need at least 6 people to manage our trip
