Itinerary
- Meet us at CSMT Station by 11:30 AM and kick off this soulful getaway with a train ride to Kasara. It’s the perfect start to bond with fellow campers and leave the city chaos behind.
- Arrive at Kasara by 2:00 PM, and we’ll head to our gorgeous private campsite by the lake. The roads get quieter, the air gets fresher, and you’ll feel the change already.
- A welcome drink awaits you at the campsite—take a moment to unwind, settle in, and let the natural beauty of Bhandardara sink in.
- As the sun begins to dip, enjoy a calming boat ride on the lake while the sky turns golden. Walk along the peaceful shore, take in the view, and just breathe.
- The evening lights up with mouth-watering BBQ, fun group games, and warm laughter by the lakeside. Strangers begin to feel like friends, and the vibe gets better with every minute.
- After dinner, the real magic begins—a guided stargazing session under the open sky. Peer into telescopes and lose yourself among stars, planets, constellations, and cosmic wonders.
- The night continues with music, dancing, bonfire stories, and the kind of silence that only nature can offer. Sleep in cozy tents, surrounded by calm, under a galaxy of stars.
- Wake up to a breathtaking view—the lake shimmering, a cool breeze brushing your face, and a hot cup of tea waiting in your hand.

- Do not carry any valuables. Please take care of it in case you are carrying the same. We will not be responsible if you lose them by any chance.
- We acknowledge that weather conditions are beyond our control. In the event of cloudy weather or any natural/man-made calamities, refunds will not be provided. Rest assured, we have alternate plans and indoor activities in place to ensure a seamless experience in case of sudden climate changes during the event.
- HikerWolf reserves the rights to cancel the trip if the minimum batch size does not suffice.
- For those keen on wide-field astrophotography, please bring along a tripod for your cellphone/DSLR.
